2018 University of Adelaide Higher Education Scholarships
The University of Adelaide’s Higher Education Scholarships offer an impressive 25% reduction on the tuition fee for the full duration of the recipient’s course. If you’re an international student who has already completed an AQF-recognised course, are undertaking an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in any discipline, and are starting your studies in Semester 2 (July) or Trimester 3 (September), you’re eligible to apply. There are a few other eligibility requirements, so make sure to check out the University of Adelaide website.
Federation University Semester 2, 2018 Tuition Fee Scholarship
If you’re thinking of undertaking a Bachelor of Business, Commerce or Information Technology, or hoping to start a Master of Business Administration, Professional Accounting or Technology, this scholarship is for you. Federation University in Victoria offers a scholarship to international students that takes 20% off your total program tuition fees. QUT International Merit Scholarship
The Queensland University of Technology has a pretty awesome scholarship available to international science and engineering students. If you can demonstrate strong academic results from high school (for undergraduate admissions) or a relevant bachelor degree (for postgraduate admissions) and match the other eligibility criteria, you can receive a scholarship to cover 25% of your tuition fees for your first semester at QUT. And if you meet academic conditions, you can also receive an ongoing scholarship to cover 25% of your tuition fees per semester of study. Deakin University HDR Scholarship
Thinking of taking on a PhD? Deakin University in Victoria offers a generous stipend of just over AU$27,000 per annum that comes with a AU$5,000 relocation allowance and health cover. There are a few other eligibility criteria you’ll need to meet, so make sure you carefully read through the details on the Deakin University website.
Various scholarships at Monash University
You’ll be spoilt for choice at Monash University when it comes to mid-year scholarships. Browse through the multiple scholarships on offer through various faculties and see which ones are most relevant to your studies. Many of them are available to international students, including the STG International Service Group Scholarship, the Chin Communications Master of Interpreting and Translation Studies Scholarship, and the Senvion Renewable Energy Engineering Scholarship.
