Coronavirus and Australian Workplace Laws

The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) can help you understand your rights and responsibilities at work during the coronavirus outbreak.

The FWO encourages you and your boss to work together to find the most beneficial and workable solutions for your individual circumstances. This may include taking different forms of leave, working from home, or taking extra precautions in the workplace.

Visit coronavirus.fairwork.gov.au for regularly updated information on your rights and obligations, including frequently asked questions and case studies.
