How much are the flights?
The cost of your flight will depend on a variety of factors, including where you are travelling from, with which airline and the time of year. It will also depend on whether you are booking a one-way flight or a round-trip.
Flight prices are also affected by demand. As a general rule, the higher the demand, the higher the price. Given that Australia’s border has only been reopened a short while and more people are now able to travel, along with rising oil prices, flight prices are definitely higher than average. However, with some research and dedication, it is possible to find affordable airfare. As a starting point, check out some of our tips for finding the cheapest flights.
What safety measures do I need to follow on flights?
While the exact safety measures may differ slightly between airlines and countries, there are a few general guidelines to follow. Namely, you will most likely be required to wear a mask for the duration of your time in the airport and on the flight (except while eating or drinking). It’s also recommended that you bring hand sanitiser to prevent the spread of germs.
